When is the last time you stopped doing and just started being?  As women especially, we are so desperately trying to figure out our place in the world and we will stop at nothing until we've landed. 

We've been working overtime to come up with the answers all while taking care of everyone and everything around us, comparing ourselves to others, and for some, we spend a lot of energy judging people for their accomplishments or the lack thereof.  Hey, don't be so hard on yourself!  I'm right there with you.

In this episode of Purpose Lounge, Danielle Bryan encourages us to slow down, get into a state of being'ness, put an end to comparison and judgment, and rekindle a relationship with ourselves.  She promotes radical self-love and breaking patterns that no longer serve us. 

Danielle is a conscious entrepreneur and lifestyle transformation coach. In August 2014, she created DragonFit which grew into a Virtual Platform for women's health focusing on inner transformation first - outer transformation second, called DragonStudio. Since then, Danielle & her team (the DragonSisters) have worked with over 800 women both through health challenges, private coaching, and hosting weekend wellness retreats. She believes that every single person has the ability to cultivate deep inner peace and appreciation for their bodies.

Following the sage advice from one of Danielle's mentors, Jim Rohn, she too believes "that for anything in life to change, we need to change."  Changing and breaking patterns can be hard work, so having a coach like Danielle, is a true gift.  Tune into this episode and hear Danielle tell her touching story of growing up not really loving herself and the pivotal moment when she changed her own bad habits to create a lifestyle that allows her to live a life of purpose.
